By downloading or using HaircutAI, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they are short.

What HaircutAI does

HaircutAI generates AI previews of haircuts and hair colors applied to photos you provide. Previews are illustrative: real-world results depend on your hair, your stylist, and physics we do not control.

Your content

• You keep all rights to the photos you upload and the previews generated from them.
• You grant us the limited right to process your photos solely to provide the service.
• Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have given you permission.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the app to create misleading, harmful, or unlawful content.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the service.

Subscriptions and purchases

Premium features are available through auto-renewing subscriptions billed by Apple. Prices are shown in the app before purchase. You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". AI-generated previews may contain inaccuracies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app — including haircuts you end up disliking.

Termination

We may suspend access for accounts that violate these terms.
